About the room imagery

Room images are previously generated, digitally staged marketing mockups of the Osborne Park premises. They show a proposed presentation, including an optional third-room treatment setup. They are not unedited photographs or evidence of the current furniture, equipment, availability or clinical approvals. Verify these details during an inspection.

Room hire and booking requests

ROOM/READY offers venue hire in Osborne Park, Perth. Launch rates include GST and up to eight hours, including setup and pack-down. Suitability, inclusions and hire terms are confirmed in writing before hire.

The booking calendar is provided by SuperSaaS. It collects your name, email, mobile, organisation, group size, session plans and requested dates. A pending request reserves the selected rooms for review. We use this information to assess the hire, contact you and issue a manual invoice. Approval and payment are required before the hire is confirmed.

SuperSaaS processes booking information under its privacy policy. The embedded calendar may use its own cookies or technical storage. You can open it directly using the booking button.

Preparing and emailing your request

The inspection builder creates your draft locally on your device. It does not submit your entries to a server or store them in cookies or browser storage. Closing or reloading the page may clear the draft. You can copy or download it.

Sending by email

Selecting “Open email request” passes the draft to your configured email app, addressed to Josh@skinsociete.com.au. Review it and select Send in that app. Opening the email app does not confirm delivery or reserve a room. Your email provider handles the message when you use it, and the venue receives the information you choose to send.

If no email app is configured, copy the request into your preferred email service. The inspection form does not submit automatically. Booking calendar requests, when available, are submitted separately to SuperSaaS. Online card payment is not part of the initial booking flow.

Hosting and diagnostics

The site does not include advertising pixels or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information and access times. Fonts and photographs are served with the website.

Keep information appropriate

Please do not enter patient details, health information, payment information or other sensitive data in an inspection draft.

Private arrival details

The exact street address and key-lockbox instructions are provided privately after approval and payment. Public pages and the calendar show Osborne Park only. Other customers cannot view your booking contact details in the public calendar.
